RETURN & REFUND POLICY - ONLY MY FAMILY

Thank you for shopping with Only My Family. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you. 

RETURNS

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be approved before sending items back. Please contact us at [onlymyfamilytm@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items, hats, accessories, and any limited drops are final sale and not eligible for return. 
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS 

- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
